We'll cover what you need to consider when preparing your hives for a Northeast winter.
Topics will include removing and storing supers, checking for laying queen, checking colony size, honey stores, evaluating honey frames, reducing entrances, feeding, ventilation, wrapping your hive. We'll spend a good amount on Varroa mites and the challenges they present.
