These overwintered nucleus colonies are from our stock or a local breeder using locally raised queens and overwintered here in the Hudson Valley. These nucs were made up last summer and evaluated going into and coming out of winter assuring tested and proven genetics.
We only have a small quantity of these colonies and encourage you, if you're interested, to order as early as possible. These nucs will be in Jester nuc boxes and might have full black plastic frames. Honey bee orders are nonrefundable.
